Terms of study

These terms cover enrolment and attendance at Synap Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd., 10/1 Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270. By reserving a sitting or using this website you accept them. The academy teaches tech analysis training in reading market structure and volume to adults in a classroom.

Acceptance

A contract for a sitting begins when the academy confirms your date in writing and receives the fee described on the rates page. Sending the enquiry form alone does not reserve a chair. If you attend, you accept these terms even if you did not read them beforehand. The person who pays is the person the terms bind, including when a company pays for an employee’s seat.

The service

Sittings are live instruction in a room. Teachers mark charts with students and explain how the academy names swings, pauses, climaxes, and dry pullbacks. Lessons describe chart reading. Any order in a market remains the student’s own decision, made away from the table, with whatever broker the student already uses. The fee buys teaching time, printed paper where the sitting includes it, and a review of marks made in the room. It does not buy an ongoing commentary after you leave.

Intellectual property

Lesson sequences, printed practice sheets from the academy’s drawer, wording of field notes, and the visual design of this website belong to Synap Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd.. You may keep the pencil marks you made on paper issued to you, and you may keep your own charts. You may not copy the practice drawer, republish the field notes as your own teaching material, or record a sitting without written consent from the teacher present. A short handwritten list given to you at the end of a private sitting is yours to keep.

Conduct in the room

Eight or twelve adults share a quiet table. Phones stay face down. Account numbers should be covered before you arrive. The academy may refuse entry, or end a sitting without a refund, if a student disrupts the room, presses a teacher for an order, or treats another student’s chart as public conversation outside the class.

Liability

Chart reading is taught as a craft of naming what is already on paper. Markets move for reasons the room does not control. Synap Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd. is not liable for losses, missed prices, or decisions you make after a sitting. Liability for proven direct loss caused by the academy’s failure to supply a paid sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited.

Website

Pages are published for information about the academy. Fees can change for future dates; a confirmed booking keeps the fee quoted in that confirmation. The website may be unavailable for maintenance. Links, if any are added later, are described when they appear.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that cannot be settled by writing to hello@synap-vertexfield.click are subject to the courts of Thailand. The academy’s registered business is Synap Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd., established in 2016, at 10/1 Mueang Samut Prakan District, Samut Prakan 10270, telephone 023851123.
