Refunds, cancellations, and empty chairs

These rules apply to the Structure and Volume Cohort, the Volume Print Clinic, and the Private Structure Sitting sold by Synap Vertexfield Academy Co., Ltd.. Eligibility

A full refund of the fee is available if you cancel a cohort or a clinic in writing at least seven days before the first evening, or if you cancel a private sitting at least two days before the appointment. The academy also refunds in full if we cancel the sitting and cannot offer another date you accept within thirty days.

Partial refund

If you cancel a cohort or clinic fewer than seven days before the start, but before the first evening begins, the refund is half the fee. The other half covers the chair that was held and the charts already printed for your named market. A private sitting cancelled on the day before, but before it starts, is refunded at half.

After work has started

Once a cohort’s first evening has begun, the remaining evenings are not refunded. The sequence is one course of study, and the later nights depend on marks made in the earlier ones. Once a clinic evening has begun, the fee stands. Once a private sitting has begun, the ninety minutes are not refunded, including when you decide to stop early.

No-shows and lateness

A missed evening with no message before 18:30 is a no-show. The fee for that clinic, or for the cohort as a whole, is not refunded. You may collect any printed paper on a later classroom day. One cohort absence can be discussed with Lalin if you write before the evening; the night itself is not restaged. A private sitting starts at the agreed time. Arrival after the start shortens your remaining minutes and does not move the end time.

Rescheduling

A cohort seat can move once to the next cohort if you ask at least seven days before the first evening and a chair exists. A clinic booking can move once to a later clinic on the same notice. A private sitting can move once if you ask at least two days ahead. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the timings above.

Deposits and materials

The academy takes the sitting fee in full before the start. There is no separate deposit. Printed charts prepared for your market are not refundable as a line of their own, and they are not returned to stock when you cancel inside the partial-refund window. Pencils and the brass edge stay in the room.

Method and timing

Approved refunds go back by the same bank transfer that paid the fee, in Thai baht. Processing takes up to fourteen business days after we confirm the amount in writing. If the sending account has closed, we will ask for another Thai account in the same name. We do not refund in cash at the door.

Exceptions

If the room cannot open because of flooding, an official closure in Samut Prakan, or the teacher’s illness, you may take a full refund or a later date, including when the notice is short. That choice is yours. The academy does not treat a disappointing chart, a market that moved against a label, or a change of mind after the first evening as a reason to reopen a finished sitting.
