What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the sitting you want, an optional preferred date, the market you intend to bring, and a message. If you enrol, we also keep the fee record, the dates you attended, and the market name printed on your charts. We do not ask for account numbers, identification card numbers, or payment card data on this website. Transfer details are sent by email after a date is confirmed, and your bank’s own records are separate from ours.

Why we use it

We use these details to answer you, hold a chair, print the right market, teach the sitting you booked, and handle a refund if one applies. The lawful basis is steps toward a contract and, once you have paid, performance of that contract. Keeping a simple attendance note for the period below is a legitimate record of what was taught. We do not sell lists of students, and we do not use your market name in public letters. Letters on the reviews page are published only with the writer’s consent and under the name they agreed.

Retention

Unanswered or declined enquiries are deleted or anonymised within twelve months. Records of a paid sitting, including the market name and fee, are kept for twenty-four months after the last evening, long enough to answer a dispute about what was taught. Accounting copies required by Thai revenue rules may be kept for the longer period those rules set. Consent choices stored in your browser stay until you clear them.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask for access to the personal data we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where the law allows, object to a use that is not required for the contract, and ask for a copy in a common format. Send the request to hello@synap-vertexfield.click. We will answer within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

International transfers

Staff read enquiries in Thailand. Email may pass through a mail provider whose servers are outside Thailand. Where that happens, the transfer is limited to delivering the message, and we choose providers that offer contractual protection consistent with Thai PDPA rules on cross-border disclosure. We do not move student charts to an overseas archive. Printed sheets stay in the room or go home with you.

Cookies

The browser preference described on the cookies page is separate from the enrolment record. Rejecting it does not change how we handle a form you choose to send.
